"Not worth the hassle so far"
I’m still dealing with the same issue with my order, and it hasn’t been fixed yet. I reached out to support, but the response wasn’t clear or helpful. it’s been frustrating, and based on this experience, I don’t think it’s worth using them again unless they actually sort this out.

"Ordering was kind of a mess"
Trying to place my order was frustrating. The checkout kept freezing up, and I had to enter my info again a couple times because this and that wouldn’t go through. Then the confirmation email showed up late, which made it even more annoying. Not the best first order, honestly

"Not a ton of choices, I guess"
I checked out alloutkids.com thinking there would be a wider selection, but it felt kind of limited to me. A lot of the items looked similar, and I wasn’t really sure I was seeing much variety for different ages or styles. Maybe I missed something, but overall it was a bit disappointing.

"I feel like this place used..."
I feel like this place used to be better for the money. I ordered expecting the same kind of quality/value, but what showed up was just kind of average. It looked nicer online than it did in person. Delivery was fine, no real complaints there, but nothing about the order made me feel like I got a good deal. i probably could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else. I don’t think I’d order again unless the prices come down or the quality improves.

"Kind of a pain to use on my phone"
I feel like the site does have some cute stuff for kids, so maybe I just caught it on a slow day, but browsing on my phone was frustrating. Pages took longer to load than I expected, and the menu felt a little all over the place.
I kept second-guessing where to find sizes, and when I tried going back to products, I’d lose my spot sometimes. It’s not the worst site or anything, but I do think it could be a lot easier to shop around.

I ordered this because the photos made it look really nice, but when it arrived, it just wasn’t the same vibe haha. The colors looked different and the item felt cheaper in person than I expected. Maybe the pictures are edited a bit too much. I felt a little misled and probably wouldn’t order again just based on their product photos

I’m still waiting on my order two weeks later, and I’m annoyed. They kept giving these vague promises about it shipping soon, but nothing actually happened. Not happy with the experience at all...

I went in expecting to find the sizes I needed, but pretty much nothing I wanted was available. It was really frustrating, and I felt kind of stupid for trusting that they’d have basic stock like that.

"Quality just didn’t hold up for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the quality was disappointing. It started falling apart way too fast, like seams coming loose, pieces not staying together, and just feeling worn out after hardly any use. I’ve had cheaper stuff, older stuff, even random backup items last longer than this, so it was frustrating. It’s the kind of thing where you use it a few times and suddenly you’re noticing little problems everywhere

I tried using their promo code at checkout, but it kept coming up as invalid even though the discount banner was still showing on the site. Maybe I missed something, but I couldn’t find any clear terms explaining why it wouldn’t work. I even messaged for help and didn’t really get anywhere. it just felt like a waste of time, though maybe I should’ve double-checked before getting my hopes up...

"I was browsing All Out Kids the product..."
I was browsing All Out Kids the product descriptions didn’t give me enough to feel comfortable making a purchase.

Some of the items looked cute and sounded promising, but I couldn’t really tell what was included, how the sizing worked, what materials were used, or which ages the products were actually best for. When you’re buying stuff for kids, I feel like sellers have a responsibility to be clear so parents can make safe and informed choices.

Because of that, I didn’t feel confident checking out. Maybe the products are totally fine, but based on the descriptions alone, I’d probably hold off for now.

"Easy enough, but the safety info is seriously lacking"
The site was easy to use, but i’m annoyed that the safety details for kids’ activities and gear weren’t clearer. If you’re offering stuff for children, that information should be obvious, not something customers have to second-guess. Nothing bad happened, thankfully, but I definitely felt unsure, and that’s on them.

"Exchange process works when it wants to"
I tried to exchange some kids clothes it was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. The process kind of works when it wants to, but the steps weren’t clear and I felt like I kept having to chase someone down for answers. It took too long, and with kids’ sizes already being so hit or miss, it was just frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from alloutkids.com again.

"I reached out to All Out Kids because..."
I reached out to All Out Kids because I needed a little help, but the replies I got didn’t really answer what I was asking. It kind of felt like they were just giving quick responses without actually reading the details, lol.
I ended up having to repeat myself a few times and still didn’t get a clear answer in the end. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating and not very helpful.

I tried it out and just wasn’t really happy with it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it didn’t meet my expectations??

"Refund took forever"
I had to wait way too long to get my refund, and every time I contacted support I kept getting transferred to someone else instead of getting a straight answer. the whole thing was frustrating and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Scratchy fabric and no one to actually talk to"
I ordered this from alloutkids.com for my kid, but he barely wanted to keep it on. He kept saying it felt scratchy, and the fit was tight in a few weird spots, so it definitely wasn’t something he could comfortably play in. I also didn’t love that there wasn’t really any human contact when I tried to deal with the issue, it all felt kind of impersonal and frustrating
